Preschool Information Sheet

Classes will be located at the Grand Coulee Town Hall starting in September 2022 to June 2023. Class times and days are still being determined due to the change in location from the school to the Town Hall. We hope to have this finalized in June 2022.
The monthly fee per child is currently $100.00 and will be re-evaluated annually. This is to be paid by 10 post dated cheques or lump sum cash/cheque. Once you have been notified that your child is accepted/enrolled to the preschool, payment by post dated cheques or lump sum payment must be received with the registration package before your child's spot will be confirmed. Notice of withdrawal of a child must be given one month in advance. Monthly fee must be paid regardless of sickness or vacation.
Parents may be asked to volunteer as a classroom helper during the school year. All volunteers will be required to undertake a Criminal Records Check for service with the vulnerable sector. This can be obtained through the RCMP detachment in White City.
Children are asked to bring a drink and healthy snack to school. Please do not send anything containing nuts with your child to school. Please be sure your child can open all containers provided.
Pre-school supply list will be provided in August along with the Preschool day calendar.

To choose clothing that is appropriate for the weather and easy for your child to manage
To encourage your child to dress and undress independently
To ensure that your child arrives at school on time
To pick up your child on time or call if you are delayed
To send an email to the teacher and to [email protected] if your child will be absent
Follow the illness guidelines and do not send child if unwell or anyone in your home is unwell
